Dues
All residents are encouraged to help contribute to the costs of maintaining our community, the majority of which is our annual snow removal contract. Without sufficient funds available to pay a contractor, we are left with no snow plowing services at all, which has unfortunately happened at times.
Please help us to avoid this by paying your annual dues to the Association so we can continue to manage this for our neighborhood.
Payments are due by April 1st each year, but if you're late for this year please do send it in anyway.
ANNUAL DUES ARE $40/PER YEAR.
